Terms of use.

Acceptance of these terms

By using leesasoulodre.com, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

About this website

This is the personal website of Leesa Soulodre. It is an informational and editorial site — it describes her work, writing and Algorithmic Roulette, and provides a route for institutional and media enquiries and for joining the book’s reader list. Investment products, private-market opportunities and related investor and regulatory disclosures are provided separately through R3i and its authorised entities, not through this website.

No investment, legal, tax or financial advice

Nothing on this website constitutes an offer or solicitation to invest, or investment, legal, tax or financial advice. Content reflects personal views and general commentary, not a recommendation tailored to your circumstances. Decisions made in reliance on this website are made at your own discretion and risk.

Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, images, video, design and frameworks on this site — including Algorithmic Roulette and the named frameworks introduced in it (among them the Investability Machine, The Art of K, Regulatory Alpha, and LEADS) — are the property of Leesa Soulodre or her licensors. You may view and share pages of this site for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, republish, adapt or commercially exploit this content, or the frameworks named above, without prior written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: use automated means to scrape or harvest content from this site beyond normal search-engine indexing; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its underlying systems; submit the forms by automated means or in a way intended to overload or disrupt them; interfere with the site’s normal operation; or use the site to impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or organisation.

Third-party links and content

This site links to external sites, including r3i.vc, LinkedIn, Substack and YouTube. Those sites are operated independently and governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Linking to a third-party site does not imply endorsement of, or responsibility for, its content.

Enquiries and submissions

Submitting the enquiry form does not create any advisory, retainer, fiduciary, confidentiality or employment relationship, and does not obligate a response or engagement. The office assesses and routes each enquiry at its own discretion. Joining the reader list creates no relationship beyond the updates you have agreed to receive. How submitted information is collected and used is described in the Privacy Notice.

No warranties

This site and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Views expressed reflect personal opinion and may change without notice.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leesa Soulodre and Planet43 Pte Limited will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or reliance on its content.
