Privacy notice.
This site is deliberately light on data collection. This page sets out exactly what is collected, where it goes, and who else is involved.
Who is responsible

What the contact form collects
The enquiry form on the contact page collects only what you type into it:

Submitting does two things: it sends the enquiry to us so it is not lost, and it opens your own email client with the same enquiry pre-filled so you keep a copy. The enquiry is used only to respond to you. It is not sold, and it is not used for advertising.
Where it goes
- Vercel — the site's host. The enquiry is recorded in the hosting logs, and Vercel processes the request itself.
- Email delivery — enquiries may be forwarded to a business inbox through an email delivery provider.
- No enquiry data is stored in a database on this site, and there is no login or account of any kind.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics to count page views. It is privacy-oriented: it does not set advertising cookies and does not build a profile that follows you between websites. There are no Google Analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking pixels on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own, and stores nothing in your browser's local storage. That is why you are not asked to dismiss a cookie banner.
Third parties that see your IP address
Loading any web page reveals your IP address to whoever serves its files. On this site that means:
- Google Fonts — typefaces are loaded from
fonts.googleapis.comandfonts.gstatic.com. - YouTube — video thumbnails on the speaking page load from
i.ytimg.com. Videos themselves are not embedded; they open on YouTube, where YouTube's own terms and privacy policy apply. - Vercel — the host, which serves every page.
Links to LinkedIn, Substack, YouTube, r3i.vc and other external sites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies, not this one.
How long enquiries are kept
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with the matter raised and to maintain a record of the correspondence. Hosting logs are retained according to the host's own retention schedule.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the information held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. To make any such request, use the contact form. There is no charge, and no account is needed.
Children
This site is aimed at a professional audience and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this notice changes, the revised version will be published on this page with a new date below.
