Frontier technology.Institutional capital.Governance.
I work where emerging technical capabilities become consequential institutional decisions — what deserves capital, what requires governance and what can become a durable market.
Technical advantage is not the same as enterprise value.
Frontier technologies rarely fail because their science is insufficient. They fail when technical advantage cannot survive the transition into institutions: ownership is unclear, evidence is weak, capital is misaligned, regulation arrives late or governance cannot keep pace.
My work is concentrated on that transition — recognising structural advantage, governing it early and connecting it to the capital and institutions capable of carrying it forward.
Recognise. Govern. Build.
R3i
Building an institution for the frontier.
R3i is the principal institution through which I invest, allocate capital and participate in the formation of frontier-technology markets. It invests behind scarce technical capabilities — and the infrastructure, evidence and governance required for institutional adoption.
