BOARD LEADERSHIP
Today, Soulodre serves on the boards of R3i Impact Foundation, R3i Capital, R3i Group, and the Artificial Intelligence Asia Pacific Institute. She is a Board Member, Observer, and Advisor to R3i portfolio companies Meracle Health, Viewmind, and Stratificare. Soulodre empowers her boards with best-practice fundraising, accelerated market access, reputation risk management, and cyber risk governance. Previously, she served on the advisory boards of MGA Thermal, Quantum Brilliance, and Goama. She was a board member of the Not for Profit Designers Against Aids, Australian Alumni Singapore, and RunwayHQ.
Leesa served as Chairperson of the TRIUM (NYU, HEC, LSE) Women's Group. Today, she leads the TRIUM EMBA Angels Network, a group she cofounded in 2022 to accelerate angel education, deal access, and early-stage deal support for Alumni and their families.
Leesa is the Venture Partner and Investment Committee Member of Mandalay Venture Partners, an early stage venture fund focused on responsible investment, DEI, and climate impact in Brisbane, Australia.

She Loves Tech is recognized for running the world's largest startup competition for female entrepreneurs - its acceleration platform for women and technology - and creating an unrivaled ecosystem for women-led businesses. A vibrant community of over 8,000 entrepreneurs in over 90 countries, R3i - She Loves Tech offers established partnerships with global VCs and angel investors.
