Associate Professor Leesa Soulodre is an authority on communications strategy and enterprise reputation risk   management. A sixteen year career in marketing,  communications and technology spanning Europe, Asia Pacific and the Americas gives her a unique perspective to identify best practice and apply it at a practical level. Her experience covers enterprise reputation risk management, international marketing, corporate communications, partner and channels management, digital communications, corporate and social responsibility and public policy across a broad and high risk industry landscape. 
 
Leesa serves as Director of BluePedal Group Limited, a boutique management consulting house that specialises in reputation management and reputation risk management.
 
Leesa also serves as Senior Advisor to the CEO of RepRisk AG based in Zurich, Switzerland. RepRisk's team of experienced industry analysts monitor companies and projects' environmental, social and corporate governance risk exposure. The RepRisk business intelligence, company reports, screening reports and environmental, social and governance risk data feeds are integrated into business processes for day to day financial decision making, supply chain management, public policy and advocacy analysis, client onboarding and compliance processes. Integrated into financial data terminals , it is also used by the world's largest financial data providers to provide a Reputation Risk Index and business intelligence to Investment Banking, Asset Management, M&A and Client Onbaording teams. More than 50 of the world's most reputed institutions including UBS, Credit Suisse, Macquarie Bank, APG Asset Management, Colonial First State, ANZ and Goldman Sachs rely on RepRisk daily in order to avoid financial, compliance and reputation risk. RepRisk's international partners include the Japanese Research Institute, Responsible Research and Ethix.

Prior to joining RepRisk Leesa served as Vice President Operations for  reputation management company, Augure SA where she was responsible for the international subsidiary operations outside of Spain and France. This included personally supporting the delivery of enterprise reputation management and communications programs for the world’s leading multinationals. 
Career highlights include supporting the HSBC Public Policy team and Executive on their upstream risk program. Other projects have included Groupe Richemont (Product and Corporate PR), Gucci Group (Product PR), Marks and Spencer (Corporate and Product PR), Visa Europe (Corporate Communications), Debenhams  (Corporate and Product PR), Sanofi Aventis (Market Access), Nestle (CSR and Public Policy), Unilever (Public Policy), Tripadvisor.com (Corporate PR)and Medecines Sans Frontieres (Stakeholder Advocacy and Public Relations). 
 
ACADEMIC: In her commitment to continuous learning, Leesa invests her time as an Associate Professor where she lectures on Marketing and Communications at Paris Fashion School, Mod’Art International’s program (MBA in Management and Economy - Luxury Goods & Fashion). She has also taught at the grand l’Ecole—Ecole Superieure de Gestion’s MBA in Luxury Goods Management and has been a guest lecturer and academic supervisor at the London School of Economics since 2010. She now pursues her Ph.D.
 
Subjects taught include Digital Communications, Luxury Advertising, Integrated Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Reputation Management, Professional Development, eNetworking and Marketing Management. She also academically supervises various MBA and Masters Dissertations. Recent dissertations include "Generation Z and Digital Communications" and "Business Models for the Luxury Industry Post Economic Crisis".
 
From January to July 2011, Leesa delivered the Digital Communications project at HSBC as Academic Supervisor for their Emerging Markets Index. The project was awarded the Foundation for Management Education Prize for the Best Business Project from the London School of Economics.  Today Leesa serves as the Academic Supervisor for the Reputation Risk in Supply Chain Project being delivered on the 2011/12 Masters in Management program for BASF SE.
 
Leesa holds a Masters in Management from the University of Southern Queensland and Certificates from the University of Victoria, the Australian Graduate School of Management, the London College of Fashion, the Reputation Institute and Harvard Business School. Leesa is also enrolled in the  Deloitte Leadership Academy for continuous learning and is currently persuiing
